Recently, a customer from Middle East Country visited Zhuzhou Century Tool to learn more about our carbide turning inserts and manufacturing capabilities.
The customer had been relying on well-known international cutting-tool brands for their production machining for a long time. When they visited our factory, they were interested in exploring an alternative solution that could meet the same production requirements while being better matched to their specific machining conditions.

During the visit, the customer toured our production workshop and sample room and discussed their machining requirements with our technical team.
More importantly, the customer showed us videos of their actual production and machining process.
The videos allowed our team to see the customer's real working conditions rather than relying only on written descriptions. We were able to better understand the workpiece, machining process, cutting conditions and challenges encountered during production.

Following the successful testing, the customer plans to purchase approximately:
2,000–3,000 pieces for each of the five selected models.
