Parting inserts (also known as cut-off inserts) are essential indexable carbide cutting tools for radial parting-off, separating finished workpieces from bar stock. They can also perform external shallow grooving for general turning tasks.
Made from premium tungsten carbide substrate with advanced coating technology, these inserts deliver excellent wear resistance, high-temperature stability and anti-built-up-edge performance. The precision ground narrow cutting edge reduces cutting load and material loss during mass production. Most models adopt double-edge design; once one edge wears out, users can rotate to use the second cutting edge for better cost efficiency.
We offer multiple grades tailored for different workpiece materials: general grade for carbon steel, special stainless grade for SUS workpieces, and non-ferrous grade for aluminum, copper and brass. Compatible with standard parting tool holders such as MGEHR / MGEHL series. Custom engraving, special geometries and OEM packaging are available upon request.
